I am sorry to make a complaint about a refrigerator which we
bought from your show room four days ago, on 27th of this month bearing Bill
no.2646). The refrigerator is not working properly. It is not at all cooling.
The fridge was just okay for two days since we bought it. Next day the process
of cooling was slowed down and since yesterday it had not been working at all.
Kindly make
arrangements to take it back. I shall be much obliged if you will replace it
with a new one. The bill and the warranty card are available with us.
